VOLUNTEER WITH US

Volunteers are at the heart of The Churn Project. They play a vital role helping us to deliver services and making a positive impact on people’s lives.

This year over 114 active volunteers have supported our work and another 200 volunteers contributed to one off events and projects.

From becoming a trustee, supporting our groups,  being a Good Neighbour befriender, or a Churn Champion volunteering at our events – there are all sorts of things you could do to make a difference.

The dedication of our volunteers helps create a stronger, more connected community.

Volunteering gives you the opportunity to give something back to your community or to do something positive for the people around you. It can also help you to develop new skills and meet new people. Whatever your reason for offering your time and skills, we will value your contribution and make sure we find the right opportunity for you.

Our Supporters

The Churn Project enjoys valuable support and goodwill from people who live and work in Cirencester and local businesses. We work hard all year round seeking funds to support our services and activities so that we can provide them as affordably as possible to our service users.

We run very cost-efficiently – our team comprises 18 paid part-time workers and hundreds of volunteers who donate their time – leaving us to focus funds where it is most needed, on what really matters – helping our beneficiaries.

Community Partners

We are very fortunate to have wonderful support from the local business community in so many ways. There are too many to mention but here are a few we have worked with recently.
