Ageing Well Service
The Churn Project’s Ageing Well Service has always been a core part of our charity supporting those people often most isolated in our community. Our aim has always been to reduce loneliness for older people through social activity and friendship groups, trips and special events. We also offer targeted support for people living with dementia and their families, carers in the wider community and for people living with bereavement.
What we do
Ageing Well Service
Our Ageing Well programme offers older people the support they need to stay connected to their community. We provide a range of services from groups, individual support including befriending and advice and support to carers.
