We offer one-to-one support for people who are living with mental health issues.
Our support includes active listening, encouragement and help with motivation and setting goals.
We can offer practical help such as completing forms or accompanying you to medical/benefit appointments.
You do not need to have a formal diagnosis to receive support for your mental health.
Advocacy support is also available if you are facing changes in your life and feel you are not fully informed, or that others are not listening to your views.
