Men’s Positive Strides (Tuesdays 10.30am to 11.30am)
A weekly walking group for men which focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing through walking and talking with others.
At The Churn Project, we understand how important it is for men to talk openly about their mental health. Positive Strides provides a safe space where men can walk, talk and be heard by other men with shared issues and experiences.
We meet on a Tuesday morning outside The Churn Project. Walks start at 10.30am and last up to an hour.
Positive Strides for All (Thursdays 11.30am to 1.30pm)
We have expanded our walking groups to be accessible to more people, and now run a Thursday walk for men and women. This is a faster paced walking group with walks lasting up to 2 hours, exploring the local area and parks around Cirencester.
All walks start from outside The Churn Project, Cirencester.
Dogs are welcome on all walks.
