Men’s Positive Strides
A weekly walking group for men, supporting positive mental health and wellbeing.
At The Churn Project, we understand how important it is for men to talk openly about their mental health. Positive Strides provides a safe space where men can walk, talk and be heard by other men with shared issues and experiences.
Wednesdays 10.30 to 11.30am
Women’s Positive Strides
A women only walking group, running on the last Wednesday of the month.
This is a new group, starting on Wednesday 26th February 2025
Thursdays 11.30am to 1.30pm
Men and Women’s Positive Strides
A faster paced walking group for men and women with longer walks up to 2 hours.
All walks start from outside The Churn Project, Cirencester.
Dogs are welcome on all walks but you don’t have to bring one to join!
