£38,480 FTE

PERMANENT, PART TIME (30 HOURS PER WEEK, with scope for flexible working)

The Trustees of the Churn Project, a well-established and highly regarded community charity, are looking for a new Chief Executive who is as motivated as we are by our purpose of supporting the most vulnerable and marginalised people in the Cirencester area.

We need someone who will relish the opportunity to build on and develop The Churn’s success and strong reputation so that it continues to thrive in a period of change in the voluntary sector. The person we’re looking for will be committed to our aim to help change lives and keen to lead a talented team to deliver our strategy and shape our plans in our next stage of development.

You will be imaginative and forward thinking, able to work with and inspire a wide range of people and partners. Our ideal candidate will have senior level management experience, excellent communication and influencing skills and the proven ability to raise the profile of the organisation and build strong, productive partnerships.

Please contact Linda Davis, Office Manager, on 01285 380032 or email for an application pack and details of how to apply by application form. Closing date for applications is 28 February 2020. Interviews will be held on 24 March 2020. For an informal chat about the role, please contact Rosemary Lynn, Chair of Trustees, via The Churn office on 01285 380038.

We are an equal opportunities employer. Our Equal Opportunities policy is available on request.
